Job summary

SSP is recruiting a Bar Team Member for Monty’s Diner at Leeds Bradford Airport. The role is a fixed-term contract until December 2026. You’ll work across shifts from 3am to 11pm, with opportunities for tips and service charge.

The package includes a base hourly rate of £12.85 plus an extra £1.20 for midnight to 6am shifts, totaling £14.05 per hour. Join a team that serves busy travellers, with discounts on meals and parking, and access to training and development programs.

Qualifications

• 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
• 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks and be able to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Prepare for service to ensure everything is ready to a high standard.
• Help create a memorable and special experience for guests
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Keep all areas clean and tidy at all times.
• Take customer orders through table service and support guests using QR code ordering.
• Run food from the pass to tables efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare and serve drinks as part of the restaurant service.

Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6 AM, bringing your rate of pay to £14.05 per hour.

ABOUT YOU:
