Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to guide the shift, set the example, and ensure the team has everything they need to keep customers happy and the service running smoothly.

You will deputise for management, coordinate a busy shift, maintain safety and compliance, and lead by example on delivering great service with a warm welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with quickly and safely.
