Greene King is seeking a proactive Team Leader to guide a busy shift, ensuring every guest enjoys a heartfelt, memorable experience from the moment they arrive. You’ll lead by example and make sure the bar runs smoothly.

You’ll deputise for the management team, resolve issues quickly, organise the team during peak periods, and uphold safety, legality, and cleanliness with attentiveness to allergen controls.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team during a shift.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure in busy periods.
• Knowledge of allergen controls and safety procedures.
• Clear communication and team coordination.
