Soho House is seeking a Barback to support the bar team and ensure fast, high-quality service for members and guests. You will deliver drinks from the bar to tables, maintain a pristine work area, and assist bartenders during service with restocking and running drinks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Basic understanding of bar operations, hygiene, and stock rotation.
• Hospitable, approachable and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Deliver drinks quickly from bar to tables and spaces.
• Keep a spotless work environment and maintain service areas.
• Support bartenders by restocking ingredients and retrieving supplies.
• Develop relationships with members for personalized service.
• Attend opening/closing procedures and daily tastings.
