Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to meet sales, profit and compliance targets.
• Run shifts unsupervised and ensure daily tasks are completed.
• Deliver consistently high standards of cleanliness, service, and atmosphere (CQSMA).
• Ensure opening/closing procedures are followed and promotions are understood.
• Provide constructive feedback and support the team to achieve high standards.
• Manage stock control, wagetables, and cost control with pub manager.
• Recruitment, training, performance management and rota management.
• Attend weekly meetings and review targets with area manager.
