Hotel du Vin in Newcastle is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to lead the dining operation, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. You will be the face of the restaurant and bar, coordinating with the kitchen and management to deliver a smooth, controlled dining experience for guests.
