Hotel du Vin in Edinburgh is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to lead service in our busy hotel venue. You'll be the face of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth dining flow and high guest satisfaction with the team.

We operate 7 days a week with flexible shifts; you will coordinate with the kitchen and management to deliver consistent, celebrity-level service. A clear path for career development and training is emphasized.

OTE up £14.40 per hour (inclusive of tronc)

You will already have experience in working within a busy restaurant and/or bar and be looking for the next step in your career, you will be the face of the restaurant and bar within our hotel, you'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the management team to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means greatflexibilityif required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
