Job summary

Hotel du Vin is seeking a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to lead guest experiences in its busy Edinburgh venue. The role involves acting as the face of the restaurant and bar, coordinating with kitchen and management, and maintaining brand standards across all shifts.

The position offers OTE up to £14.40 per hour (inc of tronc) with generous benefits, ongoing training, and development opportunities. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in busy restaurant and/or bar environments.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Demonstrates high standards and guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of the restaurant and bar within the hotel.
• Coordinate with kitchen and management to ensure smooth guest dining experiences.
