Job summary

The Belfry in Sutton Coldfield is seeking an experienced Hospitality Lead to manage our Brabazon Bar outlet and drive guest experience across the resort. You will lead a large team, optimise service quality, and collaborate with kitchen colleagues to develop menus and beverages.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a large volume food and beverage and/or bar outlet.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall outlet and day-to-day operations including managing the team, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining guest experience.
• Recruit, train, and supervise a large team while providing ongoing coaching to meet goals.
• Build a culture of outstanding customer service and exceed guest expectations.
• Take full accountability for financial aspects including budgeting, cost control and profitability.
• Implement strategies to improve efficiency and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with kitchen to develop menus and beverages aligned with customer preferences.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing and other legal requirements.
