The Belfry Hotel & Resort in Sutton Coldfield is seeking a proven leader to head the outlet and manage day-to-day operations, guiding a large team to deliver exceptional guest experience.

You will recruit, train and coach staff, drive service excellence, manage budgets and collaborate with kitchen teams to align menus with trends and customer preferences. A fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment awaits.

• Proven experience leading a large volume food and beverage and/or bar outlet.
• Strong leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate the team.

Salary

The base annual rate for this role is £35,000.00 per annum, plus servicecharge.

About therole:

• Leading theoverall outlet and day-to-day operations including managing the team, ensuring high-qualityservice, and maintaining a high standard of guest experience.
• Recruiting,training, and supervising a large team and management whilst providing ongoingtraining and coaching to meet operational goals
• Building aculture of outstanding customer service setting high standards for servicequality and striving to exceed guest expectations
• Take fullaccountability for all financial aspects of the outlet, including budgeting,cost control, and maximising profitability
• Implementingstrategies and innovation to improve efficiency and revenue generation
• Collaboratingwith the kitchen team to develop menus that align with customer preferences andmarket trends whilst developing the beverage products and offer
• Ensuringcompliance with all health & safety, licensing and other legal requirementsto maintain a safe environment for both guests and customer
• Overseeingstock control, including monitoring stock levels, minimising waste, andmanaging supplier relationships

• Provenexperience leading a large volume food and beverage and/or bar outlet
