Marston's PLC is looking for Bar and Waiting teammates to join our pubs. You’ll take orders, serve, upsell, and create a welcoming atmosphere that leaves guests coming back for more.

No prior hospitality is required—training is provided via our DNA app-based pathway, helping you become your absolute best. We offer progression toward supervisory roles and a range of benefits with flexible, part-time hours.

Job description

We're on the lookout for new Bar and Waiting teammates to join our team! New to hospitality? You won't be for long! Make a name for yourself in one of our pubs. Our Bar and Waiting teams are at the heart of it all, right where the magic happens. It's not just a shift on the bar. It's mastering the best pint. It's not just delivering delicious, quality food. As part of our Bar and Waiting team you'll: Be the face of our pubs creating and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
