Marston's PLC is seeking a capable Supervisor/Team Leader to help run a local pub. You will lead shifts, manage stock and cashing up, and work with the management team to ensure smooth operations and profitability. A strong focus on customer service and initiative is essential.

Formación

• Experience in a supervisor or team leader role.
• Ability to lead and manage shifts to ensure smooth operation.
• Strong customer service orientation and role-model behaviour.

Responsabilidades

• Opening and closing the pub, stock management and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service and staff conduct.
• Coordinate with the wider pub management team to run shifts efficiently when senior managers are away.
• Support the development and progression of team members through internal pathways.

• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away
