Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking Bar and Waiting teammates in the United Kingdom. You’ll be taking orders, serving food and drinks, and upselling while delivering brilliant customer service in a busy pub environment.

The role emphasises teamwork and internal training via our DNA pathway, with opportunities to progress across pubs, hotels and our support centre. You’ll enjoy a flexible approach with part-time hours and a supportive culture that prioritises guests and colleagues.

We're on the lookout for new Bar and Waiting teammates to join our team! New to hospitality? You won't be for long! Make a name for yourself in one of our pubs.
