Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking Bar and Waiting teammates to join our pubs in the UK. You’ll be part of the heart of the operation, taking orders, serving meals and drinks, and delivering memorable guest moments.

We offer internal DNA training to help you grow, plus progression opportunities. Whether you’re new to hospitality or already experienced, you’ll gain people, marketing and operational skills while being paid for it.

Qualifications

• No previous hospitality experience required; full training provided.
• Ready to learn and progress through internal DNA app-based training.
• Strong focus on delivering brilliant customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take orders and serve food and drinks, upsell where possible.
• Provide excellent customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
