Job summary

Marston's PLC is looking for a motivated supervisor to help run a local pub. You will lead shifts, stock, cash up, and work closely with the pub management team to ensure a smooth, profitable operation. You will model excellent customer service and use initiative to solve on-the-spot challenges.

The role offers flexible/part-time hours with progression opportunities and staff benefits, including a discount card and rewards programs.

Qualifications

• Have experience in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Demonstrate customer service excellence.
• Able to run shifts and manage pub operations in absence of senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service.
• Manage smooth running of shifts and pub operations when the management team are away.
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure business runs efficiently and profitably.
