Marston's PLC is seeking a Pub Supervisor/Team Leader to help run daily operations, opening and closing shifts, and ensuring customer service excellence. You will work with the pub management team to drive profitability and guest satisfaction, using initiative to handle on-the-spot decisions and support during absences of senior management.

The role offers progression via our DNA pathway, with flexible/part-time hours and a genuine focus on career development.

• Have previous experience in a similar Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Work with wider pub management team to ensure the business runs efficiently and profitably.
• Opening and closing, stocking, and cashing up.
• Be a role model for customer service.
• Ability to think on the spot and use your initiative.
• Accountable for the smooth running of shifts and for managing all aspects of the pub when the wider management team is away.
