Job summary

Foxhills Collection in Ottershaw, Surrey, is seeking a Banqueting Supervisor to lead our busy food and beverage events team. You will oversee banquet operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding service across our outlets.

We value leadership, guest focus and a commitment to food safety. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays, with the opportunity to contribute to guest satisfaction and revenue growth in a luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage, ideally in a hotel or upscale setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of banqueting facilities and outlets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage outlets, including banquet facilities
• Supervise and motivate food and beverage staff to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to company standards
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and proactive manner
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue

Requirements

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
