Teleperformance in Glasgow is hiring a Customer Expert to handle inbound calls for Nationwide. A minimum of 6 months contact centre/telephony experience is required. The role is full-time/permanent with 40 hours per week.

Salary is £26,436.80 per annum. The position is not remote; shifts include 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. Start date is 30 November 2026, with comprehensive background checks.

Responsabilités

• Undertake thorough investigations across Nationwide Group to protect the Society from Economic Crime.
• Support customers and internal teams via inbound/outbound calls regarding prevention, detection and investigation of Economic Crime.
• Investigate Economic Crime cases over the phone with clear, risk-based documentation.
• Make independent risk-based decisions and articulate updates to stakeholders.
• Work within defined timescales and adhere to processes to protect customers and the Society.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Society and Protect Operational teams.
• Provide training and guidance to colleagues within Protect.
• Assist with management of team mailboxes and escalation of cases as needed.
