Job summary

Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at the Bolton branch. You will be the friendly face and voice, helping customers with everyday banking needs and using technology to assist in the banking hall.

You will work 35 hours per week on a rota basis, across 8am–6pm Monday to Saturday, delivering great service and supporting customers with a range of transactions and inquiries.

Responsibilities
