Job summary

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor for Bolton Branch, working 35 hours per week on a rota basis from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday. You will be the friendly face and voice, supporting customers with transactions, queries and digital services.

• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.

• Developing knowledge of Santander services and products to help customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
