Zusammenfassung

Powys Teaching Health Board is seeking a Therapies Hub Co-ordinator to join the bank team in Powys. You will manage waiting lists, book appointments, mark attendance and assist with audio typing for specialist clinics, while providing clerical support and cross-cover within the department.

Excellent communication and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team are essential. Welsh language skills are welcomed, with training provided as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Educated to at least GCSE level, NVQ3 or equivalent.
• RSA 3 or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative support within the Therapies Hub, managing waiting lists, booking and sending out appointments for clinics, marking patients as attending/non-attending, chasing results and audio typing for specialist clinics.
• Provide clerical support and cross cover within the department.
• Knowledge of WPAS is desirable and previous audio/touch typing experience is essential.
