Job summary

Courtyard Care in Warrington is seeking a Bank Support Worker for Children''s Services to support children with physical and learning disabilities in a residential setting. The role focuses on clinical support and daily care, with in-house training provided by a practice educator.

The position offers flexible bank hours with pay of £13.45–£13.70 per hour (unqualified to qualified). You will contribute to a nurturing environment and help children feel safe and valued while pursuing development

About The Service

Our Warrington service is a welcoming, six-bed residential home designed to support children with physical and learning disabilities in a safe, nurturing environment. The property is fully adapted and wheelchair accessible, with specialist features including wet rooms and overhead hoists to support individual mobility and care needs.

The home offers a range of thoughtfully designed shared spaces, including a large lounge, therapeutic room, reading room, sensory room and a generous garden area, giving children plenty of space to relax, learn and enjoy time together.
