Swanton Care & Community Ltd is seeking a Bank Support Worker for Children’s Services in Warrington. This role focuses on supporting children with physical and learning disabilities in a residential setting, with full training provided.

You will build trust, assist with daily routines, activities, and medication management, while working in a close-knit team that values empathy and growth. Hours are bank/casual; pay starts at £13.45 per hour unqualified and £13.70 per hour qualified.

About The Service

Our Warrington service is a welcoming, six-bed residential home designed to support children with physical and learning disabilities in a safe, nurturing environment. The property is fully adapted and wheelchair accessible, with specialist features including wet rooms and overhead hoists to support individual mobility and care needs.

The home offers a range of thoughtfully designed shared spaces, including a large lounge, therapeutic room, reading room, sensory room and a generous garden area, giving children plenty of space to relax, learn and enjoy time together.
