Job summary

Swanton Care is seeking a Children’s Support Worker in Liverpool to help provide a secure, caring environment for children and young people. The role focuses on daily routines, education, and personal development within a supportive residential setting.

You will build trusting relationships, participate in activities, and work as part of a team dedicated to safety, empowerment, and growth, with opportunities to pursue qualifications and career development.

• Willing to complete Level 3 Diploma.
• Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends.

Position: Children's Support Worker

Location: Liverpool (L6 postcode)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: £27976 unqualified or £28496 qualified

About The Service

Millies House is a single level, self-purpose-built home. Built for up to 5 children with complex medical needs and learning difficulties, who we can support up until their 18th birthday.
