Job summary

Swanton Care & Community Ltd in Studley is seeking a compassionate Children’s Support Worker to help children and young people in residential care. You will build trusting relationships, support daily routines, education, and activities, and contribute to a safe, nurturing home environment.

The role is 42 hours per week with pay around £29,375–£29,921 depending on qualification. You’ll be supported to develop a Level 3 Diploma and there’s no visa sponsorship offered.

Qualifications

Hours: 42 hours per week

Pay: £29374.8 unqualified or £29920.8qualified
