At our Peterhead services, we support vulnerable adults living in the community to live the best lives possible by providing person-centred support to help them live as independently as possible. Each person we support has their own support plan, which details what support they would need, so you can expect to provide support in all aspects of their daily lives. This might include helping with personal care, medication administration, financial support, attending community groups, preparing meals and attending social activities. We are looking for flexible individuals who are keen to support people to try new activities and provide positive reassurance and guidance to help improve independent living skills. We provide support 24 hours a day from Monday – Sunday and all contracted staff would be required to work some weekends. A UK driving license is not mandatory for this role, but would be a great skill to have! We are currently recruiting for Bank Workers.
The people we support like to be supported by people who respect them and their homes, but who also like to have fun! We like people who are reliable and honest and are able to remain calm under pressure, so they can support people effectively and build fantastic relationships.
