We need Passionate, Reliable, Bank Support Workers who are located in Leicester (LE2) £13.12 per hour — make a real difference while doing what you enjoy. You’ll spend your full shift with the same person, building genuine connections and delivering truly person‑centred support.
We’re particularly looking for experienced female Bank Support Workers for this service (this role is a Genuine Occupational Requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010).

You will need experience in working with people with Mental Health for this Bank Support Worker role based in Leicester LE2.

The role involves supporting people to achieve their aspirational goals and to become more independent and make their own choices each day.
Sometimes the people we support really need a male or female person to support them. For this particular role, a female colleague is required. This is a genuine occupational requirement as defined by the Equality Act 2010.
