We are recruiting for additional support workers for flexible Bank/Casual work- day and night shifts. UK driving licence required.
We are 2 ladies and a gentleman who live in a mining community village called Fishburn. We live in a big house with a big garden for us to sunbathe in. We have support 24 hours a day 365 days a year and need loyalty and commitment from our team of support staff. We all have our own little quirks, routines, great sense of humour and we all have great personalities too for you to get to know.
The people we support enjoy a variety of activities as well including arts and crafts, cooking and baking, discos and parties, gardening, excercise and walking and going out to eat.
We are all unique and very different people. Our needs to one another are not the same and shouldn’t be compared. It is important you respect our individual needs and wishes.
