Agincare Havant is seeking a Bank Support Worker to help people live happier, more fulfilling lives at home and in their local community. You will listen, understand, and build trusting relationships while supporting personal care and daily activities, with flexible shifts across the Havant area.

The role offers full training, opportunities for career progression up to QCF Level 5, and benefits such as Blue Light Card discounts and a pension.

Support Worker and make a real difference in someone’s life. You’ll help people build confidence, gain independence, and enjoy life in their own home while staying

connected to their local community.

No two days are ever the same. One day you could be

supporting someone at home, the next enjoying a visit to the local pub, or even accompanying them on a holiday. Every activity is tailored to the

individual’s interests, helping them live life to the fullest and achieve their personal goals.

Your role is to listen,

understand, and build a trusting relationship,

supporting individuals to reconnect with the things they love, from beach walks to days out.
