A local healthcare organization in Whitby is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients at Whitby Hospital. The role involves managing patient interactions, ensuring professional reception services, and supporting clinical teams with basic requests. Ideal candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to manage workloads effectively.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Nimbuscare team in the role of Receptionist to support the Nimbuscare team in the delivery of the Extended Access service at Whitby Hospital on behalf of the Whitby Coast and Moors Primary Care Network. You will be the first point of contact for our patients arriving for a face-to-face appointment and will be friendly and welcoming. You will ensure an efficient and professional reception provision and will work to ensure a positive patient experience. Interviews will be held in person in York.
