The post holder is part of a team providing a comprehensive and efficient reception service for all patients, visitors and staff to the services.

You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role. Please note, this role does not meet the required eligibility criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa and therefore the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular role
We require a friendly, positive thinking, organised and motivated individual to work as a Bank Receptionist - within the Trusts Hotel Services Team.
Candidates must be able to follow and work within defined procedures and have the ability to communicate face to face and by telephone in a helpful manner. You will be required to demonstrate a high level of customer service skills when dealing with potentially distressing situations. Good organisational and time management skills including ability to prioritise effectively are a must.
The post holder will be based at West Park Hospital and will be required to work shifts between the hours of 07:00am and 6:15pm including weekends.
You should be highly motivated, reliable, and flexible also willing to work at short notice as there may be opportunities for extra hours.
Experience of working or volunteering in a mental health and learning disabilities environment is desirable.
