We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our bank/relief Reception team. The role requires a flexible, committed approach, accurate IT skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and experience in general administrative duties. Knowledge of NHS administration systems, including Trakcare, would be advantageous.
This position involves providing cover on an ‘as and when required’ basis for various daytime, evening, and night shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays, during periods of planned and short-notice staff absence.
Candidates must be available for up to 4 weeks of on-the-job training, scheduled Monday to Friday, 12:00-20:00.
You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to adhere to the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
