Job description

Job Title: Bank Receptionist

Applications are invited for the post of Bank Receptionist within the Western Isles Hospital front of house reception team, which provides a 24-hour, 7-days-a-week service for NHS Western Isles.

Position Details
  1. This is a key role where you will be part of the reception team.
  2. You will work on a rotational shift pattern.
  3. You will provide an effective, efficient, and confidential service.
  4. Your work contributes to a positive experience for patients, visitors, and staff at the hospital.
Candidate Requirements
  • Good IT skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Accurate keyboard skills.

Additional Information
  • Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,349 (pro rata).
  • The successful applicant will be required to register with the PVG Scheme (Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme).
  • This post is not eligible for relocation expenses.
