Bank Receptionist

Band 2 £24,647 - £26,763 (pro rata)

Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,349 (pro rata)

Applications are invited for the post of Bank Receptionist within the Western Isles Hospital front of house reception team, which provides a 24-hour, 7-days-a-week service for NHS Western Isles.

This is a key role where you will be part of the reception team. You will be expected to work on a rotational shift pattern, providing an effective, efficient, and confidential service, contributing to a positive experience for patients, visitors, and staff at the hospital.

We are looking for enthusiastic applicants with good IT skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, accurate keyboard skills, and someone who works well as part of a team, with a flexible approach, and the ability to work in a busy and challenging environment.

The successful applicant will be required to register with the PVG Scheme (Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme). This post is not eligible for relocation expenses.
