Job description

Job Title: Bank Receptionist

Band 2 £24,647 - £26,763 (pro rata)

Plus Distant Islands Allowance of £1,349 (pro rata)

Applications are invited for the post of Bank Receptionist within the Western Isles Hospital front of house reception team, which provides a 24-hour, 7-days-a-week service for NHS Western Isles.

This is a key position where you will be part of the reception team. You will be expected to work on a rotational shift pattern, providing an effective, efficient, and confidential service that contributes to a positive experience for patients, visitors, and staff at the hospital.

We are seeking enthusiastic applicants with good IT skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, accurate keyboard skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team. Flexibility and the ability to work in a busy and challenging environment are essential.
