Are you looking for flexible working opportunities across Cambridgeshire? We are recruiting Bank Nurses who are highly motivated and clinically skilled first-level registered nurses in either Physical or Mental Health.

Mental Health Nurses should have an interest in all aspects of inpatient and community mental health care delivery. Physical Health Nurses with an interest in recovery rehabilitation, palliative care, or care for Older Adults are also encouraged to apply for our inpatient units for Physical Health.

As a valued member of our nursing team, successful candidates will support shifts on an internal rotation basis, involving both day and night shifts, according to your availability.

Main duties of the job:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for identified service users with complex and challenging needs.
• Provide high standards of individualised, holistic, and evidence-based patient-focused nursing using the nursing process.
• Act as a vital link between patients, carers, relatives, and therapists to ensure consistent focus on patient outcomes.
• Support and develop your role with the necessary training and career development opportunities offered by the Trust.
