Job summary

A Bank Night Senior Care Assistant role at Care Home in Weymouth offers the chance to deliver person-centred care and lead activities, while supporting residents with dignity and independence. You will be part of a caring team, with opportunities for training and career development.

Night shifts from 8pm to 8am, with a flexible weekend schedule. We value leadership, compassion and reliability from our team members.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Health & Social Care (or working towards Level 3).
• Night shifts 8pm–8am.
• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and lead high-quality, person-centred care
• Support residents with personal care, dignity, and independence
• Administer medication safely and accurately
• Contribute to and review care plans
• Lead activities, outings, and meaningful engagement
• Support and guide team members, stepping up when needed

• Bank Night Senior Care Assistant role, for this role you must have the flexibility to work night and weekend shifts as and when required
• Night shifts are from 8pm to 8am
