Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a caring Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, dignity and companionship at Gorseway care home.

You will provide personal care, assist with activities, manage medications with accuracy, and work as part of a friendly team with funded training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Kind, compassionate and great with people.
• Must have minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
• Bank Care Assistant flexibility for day, night and weekend shifts.

What you will be doing:

What you’ll bring:

• Kind, compassionate and great with people
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
• Bank Care Assistant to have the flexibility to work as and when required to include day, night and weekend shifts
• Day shifts are 8am to 8pm and nights shifts are 8pm to 8am
• Previous experience working within a care home is required
