• Adhere to all Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and COSHH regulations.
• Clean and maintain kitchen appliances, surfaces and floors as per cleaning schedule.
• Assist in the preparation and service of meals and beverages to residents, always offering prompt and courteous service.
• Clean and maintain kitchens and equipment.
