Active Care Group is seeking a compassionate female Support Worker to assist a 20-year-old woman with complex care needs at her home in Haverfordwest, Wales. You will deliver personal care, support daily routines and help maximise independence in a calm, respectful setting.

Up to £15 per hour, dependent on experience - £100 welcome bonus after 3 months - We will support you through your NVQ / QCF Qualifications We are looking for a compassionate, reliable Female Support Worker to support a delightful 20-year-old young woman with complex care needs (Kyphoscoliosis) in her own home in Haverfordwest. She enjoys a calm environment and appreciates spending time reading, watching films and engaging in relaxed activities. This is a rewarding one-to-one role where you'll have the opportunity to build a positive, professional relationship and provide person-centred care that helps her live safely and comfortably at home.
This role is based within a private family home where there are well-established household routines and expectations. The family are closely involved in the client's care and value consistency, professionalism and high standards of infection prevention.
This role is well suited to someone who is adaptable, professional and comfortable working within a structured home environment.
Hours: 12-hour day shifts/ night shifts available (9am - 9pm/ 9pm - 9am) 24 - 36 hour contracts available on sucessful completion of probationary period In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is initally offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, contracted hours can be discussed after successfully passing your 3 month probation period.
