Job summary

Agincare seeks dedicated care assistants to support residents at The Coombs. This bank role offers flexible hours and a welcoming environment where you help keep communal spaces clean, comfortable, and safe while delivering compassionate, everyday care.

Successful applicants will gain career development opportunities, funded qualifications up to QCF Level 5, and access to Blue Light Card discounts, with a minimum of 12 months’ right to work in the UK.

• Keep communal areas safe, clean, and welcoming
• Dust, polish, and vacuum residents’ rooms to a high standard
• Work with the management team to maintain hygiene standards
• Bring warmth and kindness to residents through small acts—smiles, chats, and friendly presence
• Your care shows in the details; fresh linens, sparkling spaces and the comfort you help create every day.

• The shift patterns for this role will be 8am-2pm and 3pm-7pm
• This is a bank role, so will be a zero hour contract and you must be flexible to work as and when required
