A bank care assistant post in the reablement team at Essex Cares, covering Colchester and North Essex, on casual hours with no fixed contract. The work centres on helping people relearn daily skills such as personal care, mobility and meal preparation so they can stay in their own homes. Shifts cover early mornings through to late evenings, and the role involves regular travel between clients, so a full licence and a car are required. Applicants who need visa sponsorship cannot apply directly.
