Essex Cares in Mid Essex is seeking a bank care assistant to join the reablement team. The role is community-based, helping customers relearn personal care, mobility and meal preparation so they can stay in their own homes.

Casual shifts run from 7am to 11pm with travel between clients in a private vehicle. Training and a mentor are provided, with no prior experience required. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this role.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence required.
• Own vehicle with business insurance required.
• Enhanced DBS check required.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship required.
