Essex Cares (ECL) in South Essex is seeking a bank care assistant to join the reablement service. You will help customers relearn personal care, mobility and meal preparation, supporting independence at home with a mentor until confident.

Shifts include early, late and evening slots; travel between customers in your own vehicle is required. A full driving licence, business insurance, and enhanced DBS are essential; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Valid full UK driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance.
• Right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship.
• Enhanced DBS check completed.
• Willingness to travel across South Essex.

Responsibilities

• Help customers relearn personal care, mobility and meal preparation skills.
• Support customers to regain independence and keep living in their own homes.
• Travel between customers across South Essex in own vehicle.
