Job summary

Bromley Healthcare CIC is seeking an Improvement Programme Manager to join our Transformation Directorate on an 18-month fixed term contract. You will lead ambitious healthcare programmes, develop business cases, manage risks, and track benefits realisation while engaging with clinical teams, corporate services and system partners to deliver patient value.

We’re looking for a dynamic Improvement Programme Manager to join our Transformation Directorate and lead ambitious programmes that improve patient outcomes and deliver real value. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape and deliver complex projects that support our organisational priorities, working closely with clinical teams, corporate services, and system partners.
