Job summary

Cornish Bakery is seeking a Team Leader to inspire a customer-focused team and uphold the highest standards of service, food safety and quality. You will guide shifts, coach colleagues and help create brilliant bakery experiences for customers in a busy shop environment in the UK.

We offer flexible hours (full-time or part-time), comprehensive training and a supportive management team to help you thrive and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within food service, hospitality or retail

Working alongside the Bakery Management Team, you'll take the lead on shifts, set the pace and make sure every customer receives warm, outstanding service. You'll help colleagues build confidence, uphold our high standards and keep the bakery running smoothly.

As a Team Leader you will:

• Take the lead on shifts and support the team in delivering outstanding service
