Job summary

The Cornish Bakery is seeking a Team Leader to inspire a dedicated team and deliver warm, outstanding service in our bakery. You will lead shifts, mentor staff and ensure every customer enjoys a top-quality experience.

Join us to train colleagues, uphold brand standards, and help drive sales while maintaining food safety and high levels of cleanliness across the shop.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within food service, hospitality or retail.
• A natural ability to motivate others and lead by example.
• A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.

• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and adapting when priorities change.

Are you passionate about great food, exceptional coffee and bringing out the best in others? We’re looking for a Team Leader to help create brilliant bakery experiences for our customers and support our team to thrive.

Working alongside the Bakery Management Team, you’ll take the lead on shifts, set the pace and make sure every customer receives warm, outstanding service. You’ll help colleagues build confidence, uphold our high standards and keep the bakery running smoothly.

As a Team Leader you will:

• Take the lead on shifts and support the team in delivering outstanding service
