Job summary

Cornish Bakery is seeking a Team Leader to inspire the shop floor, manage shifts and deliver outstanding service to every customer. You will train colleagues, uphold brand standards and help the bakery run smoothly.

You should be experienced in customer-facing roles, able to motivate others, stay calm under pressure and adapt as priorities change. The role offers full-time hours with flexible part-time options and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within food service, hospitality or retail.
• A natural ability to motivate others and lead by example.
• A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
• A positive, dependable and solutions-focused approach.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment and adapting when priorities change.

Working alongside the Bakery Management Team, you’ll take the lead on shifts, set the pace and make sure every customer receives warm, outstanding service. You’ll help colleagues build confidence, uphold our high standards and keep the bakery running smoothly.

As a Team Leader you will:
