Job summary

Cornish Bakery in Bath is seeking a Seasonal Team Leader to take the lead on shifts, inspire the team and ensure outstanding service for every customer.

You'll train and coach colleagues to uphold our high brand standards, help with day-to-day bakery operations, and make the World’s Best Coffee with pride.

Full training will be provided; benefits include 50% discount, holiday entitlement, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within food service, hospitality or retail.
• A natural ability to motivate others and lead by example.

Working alongside the Bakery Management Team, you’ll take the lead on shifts, set the pace and make sure every customer receives warm, outstanding service. You’ll help colleagues build confidence, uphold our high standards and keep the bakery running smoothly.

As a Seasonal Team Leader you will:
