Job summary

Working alongside the Bakery Management Team, you'll take the lead on shifts, set the pace and make sure every customer receives warm, outstanding service. You'll help colleagues build confidence, uphold our high standards and keep the bakery running smoothly.

As a Team Leader you will:

• Take the lead on shifts and support the team in delivering outstanding service

• Maintain high standards of quality, service, food safety and cleanliness
• Support the Management Team with the smooth day-to-day operation of the bakery
